Feedbucket is a website feedback tool for web agencies, streamlining client communication when building new websites. It allows you to easily share screenshots, annotations, or screen recordings through multiple integrations with popular project management tools (Github, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Feedbucket avoids long email chains and endless review processes, saving hours in communication and explanation. Clients don’t have to install anything on their end, they can just start annotating, recording feedback, and showing their ideas live on the website. The best part is all this material is sent straight as a ticket or task to your favorite project management app in one click, allowing 2-ways communication, along with essential information like the user’s operating system, browser, screen size, etc.

Feedbucket is the most simple to install and use, it doesn't require any installation from the users who will test your website, and yet has the most complete list of features among comparable tools.

We are independent developers, and we have built Feedbucket primarily for small developer agencies who need to organize their client Feedback in the most efficient way.

As developers, we were frustrated by some of the shortcomings of the most popular feedback apps, so we simply decided to make our own with all the features and simplicity we were wishing for.

I love working with Iterate because it eliminates the need for bulky 50 question user surveys, live in person focus groups (was lovely during covid when this couldn't happen at all), and sifting through Google Analytics data for 'trends' to answer questions.
We use Iterate because we're constantly testing new features on our site, landing pages with media spend, and messaging tactics. Iterate provides a single script to drop into your source code and then you can create custom branded surveys that keep the user on your site. We've been able to increase conversion rates, launch new products/services and get event/registration hesitation feedback in days/weeks instead of trying to decipher was directional data tells us.
Iterate might be a bit more popular than Feedbucket. We know about 1 link to it since March 2021 and only 1 link to Feedbucket. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
