  There is the FeedBro Browser Extension for Firefox and Chrome based Browser. Works for me on Desktop and Laptop as Feedbrowser, inkluding Rules and OPML Import/Export.   I used Wanderlog which can suggest you popular locations in a city, if you pay for it you can optimize your itinerary for a day. It has some budgeting capabilities, but it won't suggest you accommodations, flights or transit from a city to another though. Source: over 1 year ago
