We are using Frill to collect user feedback and feature requests, as well as post announcements about new feature updates to our users.
I love how easy it was to connect Frill with our own system, including SSO support for seamless users authentication. We also integrated the Frill widget right into our product user's dashboard so it's easy to distribute announcements and collect new feature ideas this way.
One of the most satisfying product experiences I've had with a tool for our business. Their customer support is top-notch as well.
Frill is thoughtfully designed and simple to use while offering a complex and powerful level of customizability. It integrates seamlessly into our web app and has become a crucial part of the feedback loop with our customers
Based on our record, Feature Upvote should be more popular than Frill. It has been mentiond 4 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Look into some online tools for managing feature request and handing bug reports. https://featureupvote.com/ is a decent option. They shouldn't always do what the community asks for but they can use this as a means to understand the biggest pain points and can design and pitch solutions to the community. I found some proprietary and non-selfhosted softwares, like https://www.useresponse.com/feature-request-tracker, and https://featureupvote.com/, but no OSS/selfhosted :'(. Source: almost 2 years ago
Not my Saas, but https://featureupvote.com/ is made by a fellow bootstrapper. Source: about 2 years ago
Though most everything is just "under consideration" on featureupvote.com it would be nice to have a true road map for things that are actually coming. Game changers and not just swimming pools. Source: over 2 years ago
What are your thoughts about setting up a frill? It'll make it super easy to see and have everything - all ideas and features with the proper organization, and users will be able to upvote features, see what's up, etc. Maybe put it on the sidebar too. Source: 10 months ago
Right now, the only one that comes to mind is https://frill.co/. I reckon it might be free for what you need and how much you'd use it. But I'll keep noodling on other services that might fit the bill. Source: 11 months ago
