The easiest thing in my opinion would be to incorporate in Croatia and then use Paddle https://www.paddle.com/, Gumroad https://gumroad.com/ or FastSpring https://fastspring.com/ for payments. FastSpring https://fastspring.com/ and Gumroad https://gumroad.com/ are two more alternatives to Paddle you can look into. Should you want a discounted rate, and your shipping volumes justify it, stamps.com will get you a few percentage points off of retail and allow for a few extra ounces (3) on first class packages. Other sites can work for getting exact shipping costs and often include comparison to other carriers. It depends on the volume but you could find an Order Management System (OMS) for your selling channels. This software would allow you to sync your orders into the software and stream line the pick pack process. Options like shipstation.com etc. This is better for lower volumes.
