I use an app called Fantastical (https://flexibits.com/fantastical). I believe it is macOS/iOS only, but there might be alternatives with work with other systems. Basically, I add in my work Office365 account and my personal iCloud and it shows everything together. Whenever I'm making an appointment, I just check that rather than my Outlook calendar. I wouldn't recommend any companies just yet, maybe a good old press record on sales calls. The comapanies I'm thinking of are chorus.ai or going.io - however not sure if you're ready for that quite yet. Source: over 2 years ago
That said their pricing is fucking ridiculous. We ended up going with chorus.ai instead. Literally the same thing at about 50% of the cost. Source: about 3 years ago
