Most solutions for property/facility document management rely on a folder hierarchy to store documents. In some cases files could be hidden 10+ folders deep. With Facilitr, a property/facility manager can easily access all the documents associated with any of their locations/facilities in only 2 or 3 clicks. It's that simple. Relevant dates can also be associated with each document. But with Evernote now I can have my notes at one place and unified. Also the fact that I can log to another device and my notes are "just there" is really nice. And also I like graphics user interface of Evernote.
