This is good advice, but I prefer something that automatically dims and reduces blue light for me. For me, it's Home - Dreamland. It's something where I can just close my eyes and lose myself in it. It's so uplifting and if there was an hour-long version of this I'd listen to it all the time while I draw. I found this while playing Hacknet, which that itself is a pretty fun hacker sim game.
