This is good advice, but I prefer something that automatically dims and reduces blue light for me. Dark mode is actually too stark a contrast and wears on my eyes. I have an addon that I can choose the colors. I have a dark gray background with green text and it is way better than having a 27" white light flashlight shining in my face for 10 hours a day.
