But with Evernote now I can have my notes at one place and unified. Also the fact that I can log to another device and my notes are "just there" is really nice. And also I like graphics user interface of Evernote.

Funk Software's Search My Files (SMF). Uses CRC calculation to find exact duplicates. It does a two stage match up. Files need to be exact size matches, then it does a CRC calc on these files.You do need to be careful as it prechecks by doing spot CRC calculations to speed things up and some files (in my experience e-books) this may be incorrect and generate false duplicates.
