I work for a major library system that has very weird issues with our public Wi-Fi network. When users want to sign on to our network, instead of being taken to the sign on screen, they have to go to an authenticating website like aol.com or espn.com. I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use.
