I was never comfortable with the centralized cloud PWMs. That's one of the reasons I chose Enpass after test-driving a couple dozen PWMs — it's up to me where my data is stored. I did also briefly try https://heluna.com/ as it has a pricing modal that works for my use case and it has a nicer UI than mxguarddog. However I wasn't impressed that Heluna doesn't allow for delivering email on a non standard port to my mail server and they don't specify the source IPs they use to deliver mail to me so I can lock down my perimeter firewall to just those IPs.
