For disc based systems it's much more difficult to find full collections, but you can find most games on emuparadise.me. You will need a browser extension and a script in order to enable downloads though. They hid their links a few years ago when Nintendo was out there shutting down rom sites. Some sites have been shut down in the past such as emuparadise.me, loveroms.com, and portalroms.com. However, on Emuparadise the download pages are still up despite the download buttons being removed.
