I've had mixed experiences. The few games I have that weren't no-intro compliant I had to manually edit the metadata. Not a big deal if it's a handful of games, but can be a problem if it's a large collection. It's much easier to just get the full no-intro sets off archive.org wherever possible. Although obviously this is not always an option.

Emuparadise

For disc based systems it's much more difficult to find full collections, but you can find most games on emuparadise.me. You will need a browser extension and a script in order to enable downloads though. They hid their links a few years ago when Nintendo was out there shutting down rom sites.
