Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... Yes. And harder to mine. The reward for miners becomes 6 coins instead of the twelve you receive when proofing (finding) a block. The value does happen right away..
