Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... After my first open-source contribution, I looked for other projects where I could contribute. One of those projects was Ethereum, which is a blockchain network that enables Decentralized Finance, tokenization of assets, and an open internet.
