If cost is an issue, you can use a simple Polar H10 chest strap which lasts a really long time and is a one time cost of $70 USD (depending on where/when you buy it). I use komoot.com a lot to plan my bike rides, but when I opened it in Arc, it seems like it cannot render the map section because of Komoot not being able to access WebGL. Did anyone experience similar problems, even with other websites? Source: about 1 year ago
You can use other route finder like strava.com , komoot.com, ridewithgps.com. Source: about 1 year ago
