It's possible to port just about anything to anything. If you're asking whether or not it would be easy... I'm no expert in console development, but I'd assume that the easiest solution would be to port EasyRPG Player to the console of your choice, then you could basically just run your game as-is. Yeah it's more or less a rpg maker drop in engine replacement. https://easyrpg.org/ it says 2000/2003 but I think it works with xp as well. Source: 10 months ago
Just download easyrpg and you'll be able to play any rm2k/2k3 game. rm2k/2k3 games dont run well on normal emulators. Source: 12 months ago

If you use EasyRPG, I believe there's a feature to build your game in 2k3, but switch out the battle system for the 2k battle system (which I believe is front view and turnbased). I haven't experimented with this feature yet, but could be an option to try! Source: over 1 year ago
It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community.
