It's possible to port just about anything to anything. If you're asking whether or not it would be easy... I'm no expert in console development, but I'd assume that the easiest solution would be to port EasyRPG Player to the console of your choice, then you could basically just run your game as-is. I actually don't use the Maniac's Patch, as I use EasyRPG, which doesn't fully support Maniac's Patch (yet). If you haven't looked into that yet, I'd recommend looking into it as an alternative to (or in addition to) the Maniac's Patch. While not a patch, EasyRPG is an open-source replacement runtime engine for Rm2k and 2k3. It allows cross platform portability of your project to a bunch of different platforms... For those who arent familiar, EasyRPG is a drop in replacement for the RPG_RT.exe file which is known for adding cross compatibility support for 2k/2k3 games and allowing you to run the games on mac/linux/mobile/web and other platforms.
