  The Proof of Funds that was sent was from a bank that does exist and the domain from which the email was sent matched the domain of the bank or so it would seem. Further inspection found that the domain for the bank did not actually match the domain of the real bank listed on dnb.com. • How to budget for toronto?

  For short term rentals, I find airbnb is matching or more than hotels downtown. Torontosuites is the cheapest. It's clean and well run by a family whose owned it for decades. Try to get into their 2 Glen Elm property vs the Lawton one. It's located along subway line #1, near St Clair station and under 30 minutes to downtown. Online buy & sell sites, including Facebook Marketplace and ebay, can be your best friend when it comes to replacing your Drive "hospital clunker", as I call those things. It was on the Canadian buy/sell site kijiji.ca that I found my two manual 'chairs, both high-end "everyday" models, used but in great shape and dirt cheap. $50 got me my daily driver, a perfectly good Quickie...
