Dropbox: You absolutely NEED backups. Ideally, both physical and cloud backups, because if you only have one backup, you're not backed up. I can't even begin to tell you how many writers have lost days, weeks, or even entire novels worth of work because they failed to back up their work, then had their computer break or had some weird software snafu. Hey! I know exactly what you mean: de-scrambling sentences and lists because of those damn columns sucks, but being blind, and with relatively few pdf, text, doc, etc, or interactive cyoas, it's complicated. My experience is, the drive to doc technique is probably the best, but onlineocr.net isn't bad either: on really hard conversions, I use both. The best OCR I have come across on the internet is the one on onlineocr.net however its page limit makes its paid version not worth buying.
