Everything else is an SVG. I am using a very cool tool and easy to use called DOTGRID for my svg graphics, you can find it on itch.io. Just be careful with the svgs because when importing you cannot scale them as vectors anymore, so a good rule of thumb is to generate svgs ~1.5-2x and use them at .5 scale so you have some wiggle room to scale them up without losing quality. Looks like it is—they started out with the same color scheme just without the splashes [0], then changed the colors when someone recognized it. From the thread it sounds like an honest mistake. They seem to have assumed that everything on icons8 [1] was up for grabs, when in fact a lot of trademarks are on there.
