Based on our record, Delighted should be more popular than Dor. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I'm looking at Dor (getdor.com). They're appealing because I don't have to run power or low voltage, AND they integrate with square.... And they include batteries with the subscription.... We've used https://delighted.com and been pretty happy with it. It's sent to customers during "key intersects" (onboarding, after projects, etc.) and after events. The results stream into Teams and we also track/analyze them to improve service. Source: over 2 years ago
