Wizardawn has verions of the above (Dungeon Door) and can do many other kinds automatically. Donjon is also brilliant for maps. Source: 11 months ago
Https://donjon.bin.sh/ is in general an amazing source of random stuff. Source: 11 months ago
Try donjon.bin.sh and whip up a quick level or two. You get to set the parameters for size, density, etc, and it includes descriptions. For a quick dungeon it is hard to beat. You can also print your map and a players map. Source: 11 months ago
Other considerations --I'm going to use tableplop https://new.tableplop.com/ for the VTT. Just positioning and potentially rolling dice (I also have a 3d dice room) -- no automation. If you're looking for a theater of the mind game, this won't be a good fit -- I like/enjoy battlemaps and tokens and make fancy ones. Source: 8 months ago
I recommend https://new.tableplop.com/ Simple and only took me like an afternoon to get the hang of it. I use dungeon draft for map making and it works pretty good too. Source: about 1 year ago
If the group wants we could use some online service for the visual part of the encounters like this service https://new.tableplop.com/ all narration and reply goes here to keep it play by post. Source: about 1 year ago
If you want something simple like Owlbear, what about TablePlop it has the simplicity of Owlbear while having Character Sheets like Roll20. You can send pre typed messages in the chat for rolls, you can do rolls yourself, it even has fog of war. I have been using this ever since it's beta stages and I love it. haven't changed VTTs ever since. Source: about 1 year ago
Currently on https://new.tableplop.com, amazed that it is not mentioned much. Owlbear with just a little bit more while staying simple. Source: over 1 year ago
