Ok, So the game must have been released around June-July 2002. Judging from the article, it was released on multiple of Nesquik's websites. I tried searching for some of Nesquik's websites but all of them haven't been archived and their domains have changed. I think it was called "New Year's Eve Flashback" or something like it (Google doesn't seem to know), I played it on disney.com I think, but I'm not sure it was originally theirs.
