At ProGoXperts, we exist to supercharge AI & RPA startup founders. We’re building a Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) platform that helps founders scale faster, without hiring large teams or burning time on strategy, sales, or delivery chaos.
We support founders who are building smart tools but struggle to win clients, deliver projects smoothly, or prove ROI quickly. That’s where ProGoXperts comes in.
We offer plug-and-play growth support across the full journey: 🚀 Go-to-market clarity 💡 Productized automation use cases 📈 Sales acceleration 🤝 Client onboarding frameworks 📂 Automation delivery toolkits 🧠 On-demand consulting
We’ve worked behind the scenes on over 250+ automation use cases across industries, now white-labeled and available to our clients. From SAP-heavy enterprises to fast-moving retail, NBFC, healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing startups, we know what works.
We are not an agency, a freelancer pool, or a generic growth team. We’re your strategic co-pilot. Whether you're building an AI agent or an automation solution, we help you win more deals, deliver faster, and look enterprise-ready from day one.
Who we serve: Early-stage AI tools, RPA startups, and automation consultants with vision, but limited bandwidth.
What makes us different: 💼 Deep RPA & AI domain expertise 🧩 Ready-to-use playbooks, not generic advice because we have legit hands on experience 💰 Value-driven retainers built for early-stage budgets 🧠 Founder-first mindset
Whether you need help launching, delivering, or scaling, we become your behind-the-scenes growth engine.
ProGoXperts's answer:
We are not consultants. We are co-strategists who work in stealth with founders of automation and AI startups to sharpen their GTM, refine their demos, coach their pitches, and close revenue, without touching their tech or dragging them through generic playbooks. No bot-building. Just growth firepower.
ProGoXperts's answer:
Because we don’t just give advice, we grow with you. Most competitors offer templates, lectures, or courses. We offer sleeves-up involvement in your growth: live pitch corrections, pricing alignment, narrative tuning, founder empowerment, and warm deal enablement. And we don’t ask for equity or long-term lock-ins.
ProGoXperts's answer:
Founders and early teams of automation, RPA, or AI startups typically 1 to 20 people, post-PoC, with limited bandwidth but bold vision. They are product-strong but growth-anxious. They don’t want more dashboards. They want clarity, conversion, and peace.
ProGoXperts's answer:
ProGoXperts wasn’t built in a co-working space with pitch decks and venture dreams. It was born in the battlefield.
Behind it stand two founders who wore every hat, felt every fire, and never flinched. Before ProGoXperts was even an idea, we were the backbone of a rising RPA startup in India.
One of us was the Revenue Director — but titles don’t tell the whole story. He wasn’t just doing deals. He was closing, guiding, training, firefighting, restructuring pricing models, fixing partner conflicts, handling delivery disputes, and unlocking scale. A full-stack revenue engine, disguised in one human.
The other — an SME who gave over 2000+ demos in the toughest markets. She didn’t just explain bots — she read minds. She absorbed founder psychology, tweaked pitches live, studied buying behavior, cracked the pricing dynamics of every vertical, and knew when to pause, push, or walk away.
Together, we built a bootstrapped RPA business from a blank slate — no outside capital, just relentless execution and insane clarity. We scaled it to a strong, profitable team with a loyal client base across India and the Middle East.
And then… we walked away.
Not to rest — but to rise as ProGoXperts. Because we saw a pattern no one was talking about:
Great automation & AI founders were drowning — not in code, but in growth chaos. They had strong products, but no pitch clarity. Great vision, but poor demos. A list of leads, but no direction. Big dreams, but no closers.
We realized — the growth stack for AI, RPA, and automation founders was broken. No GTM firm understood the domain deeply. No SaaS advisor stuck around for the actual calls. Everyone was selling theory — no one was owning the fire.
So we flipped the model.
We don’t build bots. We build founders.
ProGoXperts became a Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) venture — but not your usual consulting firm. We don’t push templates. We work in stealth. We enter like a shadow. And we leave behind real revenue, clarity, and confidence.
Today, we are proud to be the invisible growth partner behind multiple AI and automation startups across India, & UAE, all scaling faster, pitching better, and finally breathing.
ProGoXperts's answer:
ProGoXperts is a tech-light, strategy-heavy Growth-as-a-Service (GaaS) model. Our delivery is human-led, not platform-driven. We use Notion, Figma, Canva, Calendly, Loom, and WhatsApp for streamlined delivery, but the core product is human insight, not software.
ProGoXperts's answer:
We’re proud to say: you’ll never see their names here.
Because the biggest names we’ve worked with — from hypergrowth automation startups to legacy RPA players — choose us specifically to stay invisible. We’re not the face on stage. We’re the whisper in the war room. We’ve helped founders double revenue, restructure entire GTM motions, 10x demo conversions, and close flagship accounts — all without claiming credit.
Why?
Because real growth doesn’t need a spotlight. It needs results.
We operate behind the curtains — by design. If you're a founder reading this, you'll know why that matters.

None of these are a replacement of Terraform Cloud (recently rebranded to HCP Terraform). For example, when you create a PR, it could affect multiple workspaces. The new experimental version of TFC/TFE (I refuse to call it HCP!) implements Stacks, which is something like a workflow, and links one workspace output to other workspace inputs. Depending on the organisation, it is not always a good idea to make assumptions on what another team will be doing to use your module. Don't get me wrong, there are attempts at making cross-platform workflows like digger.dev, or RedHat who have recently released an ansible playbook that runs terraform (so in theory you'd only need ansible then) but at the very minimum, be aware if you tightly integrate your...
