Have you tried something like this: https://desktophero3d.com/, I can make out some corpo looking models [takes a bit of time, the UI for the app isn't the best] for zero cost and it has modern and scifi asset packs in the $25 range each for more options to work with. If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples.
