Have you tried something like this: https://desktophero3d.com/, I can make out some corpo looking models [takes a bit of time, the UI for the app isn't the best] for zero cost and it has modern and scifi asset packs in the $25 range each for more options to work with. I have an in-person campaign, but I actually use Talespire for the maps and visuals, by having a tv in the room with us with a computer hooked up. I use the site Tales Tavern to get a majority of my maps, and then spend anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours editing it to my liking.
