If I was to move my UK failover IP address currently in use on a VM on a UK baremetal server to a different bare metal server in Germany and move the VM there. Would it get re-classified as a german IP address or would it remain a UK IP address, in terms of how services geolocate an IP such as https://db-ip.com/ ipinfo.io etc, would they know ?
