You have a good resume but you should reformat it in more readable way. A human can take 2 seconds to reject you after seeing that you put bachelors degree under a place that doesn't award degrees. I also don't know how in depth a resume parser is, all I know is what comes up on cvcompiler.com and such. There's a lot, lot, lot of SWEs with associates degrees, bachelors in psychology or whatever, or just no degree. The field is partially founded by intelligent high school and college... For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. It really depends entirely on the role. You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
