If you want to take all the guesswork out of it, Curology is a great introduction to skincare and it's fairly budget friendly. They'll send you a cleanser, treatment, and moisturizer. All you need to add is an SPF. Source: about 1 year ago

Curology is a great because if you want those fancy extras (niacinamide, trexanamic acid, azelaic acid etc) you can get them added to your multitasking tretinoin formula. ...any chance you can set up or hang a mirror to reflect the window's natural light into the room? A bright lamp, posters or a colorful lightweight fabric would help a lot. A plant near the window and bright, light, patterned or textured cover for the bed/pillowcases.
