Typically that’s something you cover in Acct 1&2 in a business course and unless you want to end up bankrupt waiting 10 years for that to come off your personal record then you’ll need to seriously consider hiring professionals. Express.js was created around the time callbacks were _the_ architecture in Node.js. The world, including UI, quickly found callbacks do not compose well, and void return values are hard to test because of side-effects.
