   Mixed emotions on this

   I have been using cointracker in 2021. Suddenly, six days ago, the system stopped posting my transactions. I was on the "free" program, and I intended to buy a program for tax purposes. After this problem. I will go elsewhere. Stopped pisting transaction with no indicated reason

  I would do it with pretend money first to get a feel for the whole deal. You can do it here https://cryptospaniards.com/simulator/ . Most people lose out day trading and would be much better off just HODLing. Its also just stressful in general and you find yourself checking charts in the middle of the night to make sure you're not losing out on something.   Have you tried cointracker.io or koinly.io? I don't know if they support Gemini. Crypto exchanges are weird with tax forms, doesn't make sense to me either but I think most of them only provide 1099misc. I'm probably not going to file anything crypto related with the IRS until crypto is actually regulated and exchanges create proper documentation. Source: about 1 year ago
