I'm almost certain that if you know metamask and you bought them around that time you purchased them by just going to cryptokitties.co with the chrome metamask extension installed with the default wallet (I know because that is how I did it, it was the path of least resistance). I did also briefly try https://heluna.com/ as it has a pricing modal that works for my use case and it has a nicer UI than mxguarddog. However I wasn't impressed that Heluna doesn't allow for delivering email on a non standard port to my mail server and they don't specify the source IPs they use to deliver mail to me so I can lock down my perimeter firewall to just those IPs.
