  You can also search crexi.com. Costar owns loopnet and cityfeet. Costar is a broker-only expensive shared listing service. In addition, Loopnet charges a ton for listings so many brokers won't feel it's cost effective to put a smaller listing there. I'm not sure about cityfeet, never really used it. • Buying multifamily properties in a downturn market with high rate?

  The thing, as you noted, is that price hasn't come down to match rate hikes. I looked at deals on loop.net and crexi.com, all looks like bad deals for a leverage position, unless you have 40-45% cash downpayment, the cash flow could turn positive. Is this the norm these days with a such big downpayment or is it just in multifamily? Other side of the equation is DSCR, even if cashflow is positive, DSCR may not be... Source: over 1 year ago

• Why is the Fed not raising rates?

  If you are looking for commercial deals, there are a few resources out there. One poster mentioned "loopnet.com" which is owned by CoStar.com. Costar requires an expensive subscription but you see stuff that will not be out there on loopnet. You can browse costar for news and etc. You can also check out crexi.com, ten-x.com, rcm1.com marketplace. Unfortunately, a lot of the good commercial stuff are kept... Source: over 2 years ago

• What is everyone’s opinion on these demos getting leaked?

  You would be surprised how stupid Label employees can be, they even give stuff that is "confidential" to unpaid interns to post on their internal pages like box.com or their disco.ac pages. I've seen so many demos, instrumentals and albums posted somewhere public because they got someone to do a half assed job at it. Source: 12 months ago

  I often use dropbox, box.com or google drive for files/folders I want the share between my Ubuntu laptop and server, I also do the same with a local server drive - the cloud services are handy if I'm not at home and need to access something. Source: almost 1 year ago
