   I like this ChatGPT chatbot because it handles a lot of our headache with customer support. It's easy to setup and it handles to 90% of visitors questions. Really useful!

As far as analyzing an actual spreadsheet data, I believe the beta OpenAI tool, code interpreter, can do that. I don't have access to that, however. I have more experience with PDFs.
