I use Cozy Drive. It's open source. You can pick a folder in your pc, and it syncs it to the cloud. You can still open in offline. They have 5gb free version, which I use, because I need it only for documents and photos. Android app is good too, and you can automatically sync your photos. Source: over 2 years ago

However, it really depends on one needs and usage. For example, tags might be a more flexible way to organize the passwords than folders, I agree with that. Searching in Bitwarden is reasonably good, which makes folders or tags a lot less relevant. The limited number of item types is not limited for my use, as I rarely use Bitwarden for anything else than managing passwords. Autofill never bothered me, personally.... Source: over 2 years ago

If you want more of a web-based file sharing solution, you can try out more professionally made open source file sharing services like Syncthing, YouTransfer, or Cozy. The advantage of web-based solutions is that you can use them with your smartphone as well, which is very convenient. Source: about 3 years ago

Obviously I'm talking about a company that goes beyond what a property manager does. I'm talking about something like Arrived Homes (https://arrived.com/) that can split the inherited property into shares and "buy out" any partial owner that wants out. Has anyone heard of this company? I just found out about it but its called Arrived. So far, they mostly seem to be dealing with properties in the Midwest and South. But they have been inching west with properties in Arizona. They even had a property in Joshua Tree not too long ago. Source: over 1 year ago
