Not exactly meal prep, but cooksmarts.com provides weekly recipes with some extra efficiencies (i.e. Cook 2x chicken in the first meal, use the extra for a second meal). It also has an integrated grocery list. Its fairly pricey, but worth it IMHO. When I use it, it probably saves me an hour of finding recipes and writing a grocery list. Source: 12 months ago
Today will be my first time going shopping for groceries for a week in a very long time. I started with cooksmarts.com a few weeks ago, and I've finally gotten into it enough that I trust I will make all of the meals. The meals there, along with tracking in loseit.com have been very helpful to me.
