However, ComicFury is a good site for posting mature comics, I've found. There's a very extensive tagging & filtering system, so the site isn't as worried about little kids coming across mature content accidentally. Source: almost 2 years ago
I dunno if this is what you're looking for- but a couple of months ago I found this site: Comicfury to host my comics because all the big ones favor scroll and I like page format. Official Sites for raws and translation both, if you read on these sites it will help author directly, but they are usually behind fan translation and also you may have to pay to read there. Most famous sites are - [For Raws] Naver, Kakao Page [For English Translation] Webtoon, Tapas, Webnovel(have LN as well), Manga Toon [They all have Mobile Application as well].
