Bruh there is nothing good about Texas Tech engineering/cs. Definitely apply to TAMU it is a bit worse than UT for CS, but miles ahead of Texas Tech. TAMU engineering is easy to get into, but requires you to have a 3.8+ College GPA freshman year to be guaranteed the CS major. Get your scores up and you should be golden for everywhere on your list imo. I would even suggest if your scores go up enough to apply for a few reaches like GT, UIUC, Udub maybe more. It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community.
