For the past two years, I've been using CoinTracking (https://cointracking.info/). Of course, it has its own drawbacks and learning curve for defi, but if you have most of your transactions on the main EVM chains (Avalanche, Fantom, Arbitrum, and of course Ethereum), they've gotten better at importing LPs and yield farming over the years. Django-contact-form uses the akismet dependency, which in turn uses the Wordpress Akismet spam-detection service. See the AkismetContactForm class and its documentation to study its implementation.
