The Online Therapy Services We’d Use
You don’t have the same autonomy in choosing your Talkspace therapist as you do with our picks. Instead, you get a roulette wheel of three options whom you can cycle through until you find someone who works for you. If you don’t click with your first therapist, it’s easy enough to switch around until you find someone you like. Talkspace therapists are expected to respond to...
The Top 5 Online Mental Health & Therapy On-Demand Services
At Talkspace you’ll start by filling out a questionaire assessing what is going on, what you hope to work on, and what your preferences are regarding a new therapist. Based on your answers, Talkspace will match you with a therapist.
8 Online Alternatives That Are Cheaper Than Traditional In-Person Therapy

    10. Remote Consulting and Coaching: Leverage your expertise in a specific field to offer consulting or coaching services. Whether you're knowledgeable in marketing, fitness, personal finance, or any other niche, platforms like Clarity — On Demand Business Advice and Coach.me can help you connect with clients. • What is the best way to make money online in the USA?
Online Courses or Coaching: If you have expertise in a particular field, consider creating and selling online courses or offering coaching services. Platforms like Udemy, Teachable, or Coach.me provide opportunities to share your knowledge and monetize your skills. Identify a target audience, develop a course or coaching program, and market it to potential learners. Source: about 1 year ago
  • [General Advice] Full time job & writing my Master's thesis: here's everything I used to help myself staying productive
I'd recommend Loop Habit Tracker (Android-only) instead of coach.me because it's free, open-source, and, well... The best habit-tracking app there currently is on the market - the competitors don't even come close in terms of features and quality. Source: about 2 years ago
  • The unapologetic guide to passing USMLE Step 1 for the unmotivated, struggling, and depressed
    e. Consider an accountability coach (I chose coach.me). FAR superior to a tutor for Step 1 in my opinion. I would know because I hired both. My accountability coach and I met up for an initial meeting, and he gave me lots of useful practical+psychological tips on how to become more successful with studying. I was able to also check in with him every day (unlimited messaging) to update him on my progress. Source: about 2 years ago

  • How do I find a therapist?
Talkspace.com (PAID + have providers that are readily available). Source: over 1 year ago
  • I did my taxes in ten minutes today but it took me several hours of phone calls and filling out forms to find one therapist I’m not sure about who will only talk to me during hours I’m supposed to be at work.
I know what you mean. Unsure if you‘re still looking for a therapist or not, but if you’d like another resource, you could check out an online therapy provider. There are a number of them out there, but a more prominent one would be something like talkspace.com. Source: over 1 year ago
  • can't make sense of feelings, relapsed with SH
I realize that the article may not help with solving the issue(s) causing the desire to self harm, so therapy may be a good idea as well. I don’t know how familiar you are with therapy, but a site like talkspace.com may be a good place to start and see if therapy works for you. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Am I where I'm supposed to be in life?
If you’re interested in starting therapy (if you’re already going, continue) for the anxiety, something like talkspace.com might be a place to start in your search. Source: over 1 year ago
  • So you need to find a therapist, where should you look?
Cerebral.com, betterhelp.com, & talkspace.com can also be helpful. I do want to caution that text therapy has not been shown to be as effective as face to face therapy. Teletherapy, where you are having a real time conversation, has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy. It can also be cheaper. Example, my rate is $85. Most in-person therapists around me charge $120-$150. Source: over 1 year ago
