Unlike what haters like to claim on the internet, there aren't any voice changers "good enough" to get perfect, non-artificial sounding results. The most popular voice changer I know of is Clownfish which can change pitch and formants but you need to train your voice to get the best result out of it. Source: over 1 year ago

Serge is great, but Vital whips the llama's ass: https://vital.audio/ There was a time when Sylenth and Serum-quality synthesizers didn't exist for free. Back then, shit like Serge and Helm were really the best you could rely on. Maybe a few free U-HE plugins or your DAW defaults. Download Vital Synth from https://vital.audio/ and install it. It usually goes into some VST folder. Then point Reaper (under settings/preferences plugins location) to that folder so it can find it. Source: 10 months ago
