Except that there is. Cloudflare is pretty great for free SSL certificates and DNS management, but they also offer a free Workers plan. I use UML quite a bit but it's never really what I'm after, somnething more modern and fluid and gui driven that more people can use. Icepanel [1] looks really cool but I haven't tested it and I'm not sure it really fits my use case.
