I’m actually using xfce4-clipman myself tho (yeah I got that name wrong too, sorry bout that). You can find that from the XFCE project. You should be able to use it as a standalone, without needing to run the XFCE desktop environment, at least it’s packaged that way on Archlinux, which I use. Here’s a webpage for it: Https://docs.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-clipman-plugin/start. Source: over 2 years ago
Sure you didn't enable "Sync selections" in the clipman settings? Selecting text under x11 always copies it...you can't disable that. But by enabling "Sync selections" you say that the mouse selection buffer and the buffer are the same..thus overwriting every copy as soon as you select something. Source: over 2 years ago
Keypirinha (a launcher) works well with Everything. Both are free. The former hasn’t been updated for a few years, but it still works for launching applications, performing quick calculations, currency conversion, etc. [1]: https://keypirinha.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 29 days ago
Https://keypirinha.com/ there is no update for a long time but this one works perfectly for me. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Keypirinha for me https://keypirinha.com It's been a while since it was updated last, but since it works, does that matter? - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I'm sure there are good launchers on windows that would work better for you. I think I used Keypirinha when I still had a Windows partition and liked it. Source: about 1 year ago
I wrote an entire plugin for Keypirinha to index Steam games so I can launch counter-strike without touching my mouse. We are not the same. Source: about 1 year ago
