They host a snapshot of the db on chia.net so you no longer have to do a full sync so you could just grab the v2 and manually update the rest of the way which shouldn't take too long (not sure on the exact time I surmise less than a day or 2- its a long time since I've had to do a resync). The one with getdelta.io is different, it returned HTTP 404, which "indicates that the origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.". Source: about 1 year ago
