From what I've read Bing runs on GPT v3.5 and v4 depending on the complexity of your request. The problem with Bing is it shuts the conversation down over anything and everything, for example; I asked it to help me with some harmless HTML/JS/CSS code and its like, "Sorry, cannot do that right now, I'm still learning." I wanted to use GPT4 a lot as well, so I use https://chatpad.ai/ - They have a desktop version that you put your API key in and you can use GPT4 as much as you want, you just pay per API call. Works great. I still have the Pro version for other things, like the plugin and code interpreter, but having a desktop version without the 25-message limit is amazing. Source: 11 months ago
