CCProxy FoxyProxyComplete , simple and powerfull , all option for band control included ! But free for only 3 user . I have not found better 20' min for reading instruction, installing and setup for non expert , (3' min for expert ) !

Most web browsers have a quick proxy switcher extension and I recommend you use that if you do tunnel your traffic over ssh. My personal favorite is FoxyProxy. A couple things to note is if your using socks5 with a browser, check the box proxy DNS over socks5. If you use firefox go to about:config, accept the warning.
