If you know how to build CIA files, it’s pretty easy. You have to upload them to catbox.moe, Mediafire (might be risky, as they sometimes do sweeps and take down things), or internet archive. I prefer catbox. Google Drive doesn’t work. After uploading, just grab that link run it through a QR code program (I prefer The QR Code Generator. Download that QR code and you’re good to go! - If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes.
