For used buying, I picked a Toyota Corolla LE 2018 with 53k miles which is listed for $19k on carfax.com . I am assuming that this car OTD when I go and talk to the dealership will be $22k. Next, I plugged in the VIN of this car in carvana.com mentioned miles as 70k and got a quote. The offer was just under $12k. So the cost over 1.5 years is $10k, which works out to $555. I don't know how long it'll take for this too cool down. It hasn't yet afaik (check carvana prices), but likely will with recession and covid wrapping up. 5-6 years ago you could get away with way below MSRP, but getting back to that may also take a while. My car previous to my current one, I went to Car Pros Kia in Tacoma...looked up the AVERAGE sale price on kbb.com and said "This is what I will pay". I wasn't lowballing, I just wanted to pay the average price that others are paying in my region. The sales guy TOOK MY PHONE back to show the manager...then came back and said they could do that. $1500. With some major issues. It was a Subaru. They were more concerned with scratches than the mechanics it seemed. There was no rust on my var. Your Honda is probably worth more. You can probably just call them but I found them by getting an offer from kbb.com. They are affiliated with them.
