C++ was far from my first language. I took Modula-2 and FORTRAN in school. I knew about pointers, linked lists, etc before writing my first line of C++. I think the best way to learn is just to work on projects that interest you. Get familiar with online resources. I like cplusplus.com and cppreference.com (can get a little verbose). I'm also a big fan of w3schools.com. They have a good C++ tutorial for beginners. Source: 11 months ago

I second this. cplusplus.com will pop up on your searches, I just blocked it. Loaded with ads and slow, and almost always less thorough than cppreference. I found geeksforgeeks OK when learning algorithms - not so much the language itself though. Source: 12 months ago

Every single fast food place/restaurant seems to be hiring, as they are trying to rebuild staff they lost during the pandemic. If you are worried about insurance, you can generally get either low or no cost insurances through the healthcare.com website. If you buy insurance from the health insurance's website directly, e.g., Blue Cross it any different from buying from the "insurance marketplace" which is https://www.healthcare.gov(which in each state, it might have its own site or ) When people say "buying insurance from the marketplace" does it refer to Obama care with health insurance premium tax credits only? Looked at healthcare.com but they want me to call due to 3 kids, all who pay taxes so no plans show up online. Looking at a contractor gig and their health insurance is $1600/mth and it's not even that great. Also they dont offer PTO or Holiday pay, so hourly rate when I work is what it get.
